Sustainable success is one of the hardest things to achieve and maintain in the world. This is the case in every field, but in football, where the competition is at the highest level, this situation is a little more difficult and complicated. Bayern Munich is one of the rare clubs that can achieve success in every lane it competes in. You can maintain a success for 2 years, 3 years, rarely 4 years, but to mark the last 10 years, 15 years like Bayern Munich, is really a job that only the most successful can do. The coach changes, new players come, important players leave, everything that can happen in a football team is experienced, but the successful situation does not change. This sustainable success is quite normal for Bayern. Because the club is a football team that was established in the middle of this tradition and has existed with the tradition of sustaining this success for years; Bayern The Terminator Munich!

Statistics, transfers and achievements explain it all. Bayern Munich is the natural favorite of the BundesLiga, the German Cup and the Champions League, Bayern has won 9 Bundesliga, 5 German Cups, 2 Champions League and 2 Fifa Club World Cups in the last 10 years. He also won 2 UEFA Super Cups and 6 German Super Cups. So the Bavarian team has won exactly 26 trophies in the last 10 years! This incredible domination has not only been dominated by the cup, Bayern has also dominated the league in terms of football and transfer income and expenses. Bayern spent about 800M on transfers in the last 10 years, as well as about 370M in transfer income. The stability here is the maximum efficiency from each new player, Bayern is also the famous team for playing the players it bought at high prices for many years. For example, Bayern paid 30M for Manuel Neuer from Schalke 04 in 2011, and Neuer has been Bayern’s goalkeeper for about 10 years. There are also other examples, like Joshua Kimmich bought in 2015, Serge Gnabry bought in 2017. In the background of this domination of Bayern, there are former football players who are also Bayern legends. Franz Beckenbauer, one of the greatest legends of the club, is the honorary president of the club, one of the legendary goalkeepers Oliver Kahn is the chairman of the board of the club, Uli Hoeneß is working effectively within the club. In addition, other former football players are in the club, such as Hasan Salihamidzic. Bayern Munich is one of the most successful teams not only in Germany but also in Europe. In addition to 7 European cups in total, this giant club has experienced the final excitement many times.

Today, there is no team in the German league that can withstand the Bayern hegemony. There is no team that can repeat what Borussia Dortmund accomplished nearly 10 years ago. There were teams that forced Bayern, such as Leverkusen, Dortmund, Leipzig and Mönchengladbach, but none of them could pass Bayern Munich and become the new champion of Germany. The situation is such that being the champion turned into an increasingly easier situation for Bayern. Bayern Munich has been the champion for about 9 years, with an average difference of 20 points, and always feels its overwhelming superiority against its opponents. Another interesting point of Bayern is that although they have preserved their squad stability, they have not ensured the stability of the coach. In the last 9 years, the teacher changed 6 times (Heynckes came twice). Jupp Heynckes, Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti, Niko Kovac, Hans-Dieter Flick and Julian Nagelsmann have all served for Bayern Munich. Coaches have changed, but the successful situation has not changed for Bayern. Because in this time period, even before, a system was determined and everything started to work according to it. Bayern hegemony should be seen as the result of a great system. In many ways, Bayern Munich can be described as the best managed club in the world. In short, in the Bavarian team, the gears from the top to the bottom work so perfectly that they almost never fall from the head clubs category at any time in history. They are always a threat to other European teams and they are constantly taking part in semi-finals, finals and cups.

A few years later, the name of the Bundesliga could be changed to “Bayernliga”.
