We have been following the world’s indifference towards Palestine very closely for approximately 70 days. Israel, which has been massacring thousands of Palestinians for 70 days, continues its actions quite comfortably, and there is no adequate response from the West or anywhere else.

The fact that there is no satisfactory reaction not only from the West, but also from Islamic countries, on this issue is an indication that the Palestinian people are all alone. Currently, there is only a group of people fighting for the Palestinians, on a state basis, it seems that there is not even a state fighting for the Palestinians themselves. I do not mean to use the struggle for Palestine only in rhetoric, we can only fight for Palestine by fully boycotting Israel. We must end commercial partnerships with Israel and abolish all bilateral agreements, and in this context, we must be involved in organizations that will isolate Israel. Otherwise, we cannot say that we are fighting against Israel or defending Palestine. Today, although many countries say that they are on the side of Palestine, they do not stop trading with Israel and expand their trade network with Israel. The loneliness of the Palestinian people does not only concern Muslims and Arabs, because right now a genocide is being carried out in Palestinian lands and this is a common problem for all humanity.

So why should we really boycott Israel? Because Israel is one of the four countries that refused to sign the nuclear disarmament treaty. Israel is an extremely active country in harboring and using nuclear weapons, which is a threat to all the people of the world. First, in the 1950s, nuclear reactors began to be developed secretly with the support of France, and in the 60s, the first nuclear weapons began to be manufactured. The Israelis were willing to get nuclear weapons because it was important for the isolation of the region, and excuses were ready. The Israeli people had experienced a genocide only 10 years ago and they needed to protect themselves in case of a repeat. In addition, Israel was very close to the aggressive Arab states and had to grow stronger and grow against them. All excuses and common interests of western states accelerated Israel’s nuclear armament processes. After the Six-Day War, Israel accelerated its nuclear armament processes, and precious metals were transferred to the country through precious metal smuggling through Mossad. In addition, Jewish scientists from countries with nuclear weapons were forced to emigrate to Israel, and this process accelerated even more. The real major migration of scientists to Israel took place after the collapse of the USSR, Jewish scientists in the country moved to Israel and Israel’s progress in this field accelerated. Today, Israel is the 6th nuclear power in the world.

Why should we boycott Israel? Because Israel has been constantly violating human rights rules since 1949. They use the method of usurping property rights in order to reduce the Muslim population in the region and force Palestinians to migrate. They cause difficulties for Palestinians in buying and selling housing, and these actions clearly violate the declaration of property rights. Of course, this is not the only violation; Israel also restricts the freedom of worship. Apart from its systematic attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, it continues its policy of preventing Muslims from worshiping by arbitrarily admitting tourists to the region. Every holy day, the Al-Aqsa Mosque is attacked and Muslims are arrested. All of these are violations of the rights to freedom of religion and worship.

Why should we boycott Israel? Because Israel has been torturing Palestinian prisoners for years. Thousands of Palestinians cannot exercise their right to defense and remain in prisons for 6 months — 1 year for unnecessary reasons. Israel is not satisfied with this; thousands of Palestinians have been facing systematic bullying through home raids in recent years. Israel’s entire purpose is to intimidate the Palestinian people and further increase its influence in the region. Thousands of Palestinians were killed or maimed in prisons, and their right to defend themselves was usurped. However, every person has the right to defend themselves, but unfortunately these rules are still invalid in Palestinian lands.

Why should we boycott Israel? Because Israel is trying to prevent even the basic needs of the Palestinian people. Israel periodically sabotages Gaza’s electricity, water and food needs before October 7 and continuously after October 7. They act harshly and brutally in providing limited internet and electricity to the city. They are sabotaging the right to life of thousands of children and the elderly by not allowing food aid into the city. Thousands of Palestinians died or were maimed due to lack of electricity and medical ammunition. There is no reaction from the world against Israel’s unruly attitude. Israel openly leaves the people of the region in need of death and does not recognize any universal rules, this is called genocide.

Why should we boycott Israel? Killing, exile, forced detention, torture, intimidation, etc. The inhumane activities carried out by Israel on the Palestinian people. Bombing hospitals and pharmacies, bombing neighborhoods where children and the elderly gather, attacking defenseless people. Incredibly, Israel is carrying out a genocide attempt on the Palestinian people. Thousands of Palestinians are fighting for independence and dignity in the Gaza strip, and Palestinians are left to die in plain sight. Genocide is happening in Palestine! Thousands of babies, children, the elderly and the sick are dying because of lack of medicine and food! Thousands of Palestinian youth are fighting with stones and sticks against weapons and chemical weapons. Israel is hitting Palestine with all its might. After reading all this, I think you won’t need another reason to boycott Israel.

What is happening in Palestine is a problem for all humanity.
What happened in Palestine is a shame for humanity.
